Class Room:
- It is the duty of all the students to keep their classrooms and other places in and around the school, clean and in order; they should cultivate the habit of using the dustbin.
- No pupil is allowed to write on the blackboard unless asked to do so by the teacher.
- Before leaving the classroom students will pickup waste paper and any unwanted material from the floor and place it in the waste paper basket; will leave desks and chairs in proper arrangement; will put of lights and fans; will close windows; on general the room will be left in a condition to be used again.
- Every student should take care of the school property, intended or neglectful damage to school property is a serious breach of school discipline and will have to be made good by the defaulting students.
- Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class teacher.
School Diary:
- Every pupil must possess a copy of the school diary should be brought to school every day. Apart from entering legibly the name and other personal data, pupils should not enter in it anything expects what relates to School work.
- Pupils must show to their parents / guardians whenever they are given notes by the Principal or teacher and obtain their signature. Entries by parents / guardians should also be shown to the Principal / Teacher.

Academic achievements:
AVPS believes in recognizing the achievements of exemplary students through various awards and scholarships.
Observation of students on the basis of their general department, classroom behaviour, courtesy and manner etc, starts from Pre.kg to class XII.
Achievements of students in Academic, Co-Curricular and Sports activities at all levels are assessed for selection to the above awards.
GENERAL PROFICIENCY:
Certificates are awarded based on academic excellence to first two topper in the class.
100% Attendance Certificate:
Award will be given to the students who get 100% attendance.
Students are imparted with play way method of teaching .The like for education is inculcated among them at budding itself.
Hour of converse, questioning, reasoning, reading and writing is the special salient of each period.
Creativity and innovation are enhanced by conducting seminars and debates. The students participate actively in thus programs and widen their exposures.
Students are given coaching as such to face any competitive exams.
PTA meetings are held at regular intervals after every test or exams to monitor and strengthen the standard of students by the suggestion and advice given individually by the Parents. This paves a way to improve the quality of individual child.
SMC- meetings held twice a year. Important decisions taken in the meeting will be in regards of school improvement in aspects of quality imparting, strengthen the quantity, purchase of equipments, vehicles, infrastructure, up gradation, celebrations, etc., will be discussed.
